We were able to lighten the hearts and ease the burdens of single moms living with Metastatic Breast Cancer all along the east coast. After paying our grantee's bills for December, we then surprised each family with a check for $500.00. This gift allowed these families to have a little bit of peace this holiday season, and it meant everything to them!

I had the pleasure of hearing the pure joy and relief in their voices when I answered their calls. I shed more than a few tears reading thank you notes, emails and texts. I wanted to share some of these wonderful messages, so that you can also see how your generosity has changed these families lives!

As an extra special treat we invited our Connecticut families to join us for a holiday tea, complete with a surprise visit from Santa, where children were delighted with sweet confections, hot cocoa and presents straight from their Christmas lists! Below are are a few pictures from this local holiday celebration, courtesy of Teresa Sullivan (Teresa Sullivan Photography), who so generously donated her time to be with us last Sunday.

I think you will agree, we truly brought the holiday magic to all of the families we serve, and none of it would have been possible without all you! Together, we did great things this year (recap below), and there is so much more ahead in 2023. We hope you continue to be with us!
