Patient Navigation; Accessing Resources

This past Tuesday, we co-hosted a panel with the staff of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital at the East Harlem Health Action Center. The room was filled with patients, healthcare professionals and plenty of resources, making it a great success. This informative discussion focused on the importance of advocating for yourself as a patient and all of the different resources available.
